Why we exist
New Age was founded by Bon, who came to this work through years of coordinating gestational-carrier journeys and reviewing the medical realities behind them. The pattern was always the same: agencies that did not understand the medicine, doctors who did not have the time, and surrogates and parents left to piece it together themselves. New Age is the agency that should have existed — one where the clinical review is built into the process, not bolted on.
What makes us different
- Real pre-match medical clearance. Every surrogate completes a full, physician-reviewed workup before you ever meet her — then a physician-guided plan brings her to peak health before transfer.
- Aligned incentives. We are paid in stages as you reach each milestone, not in full at match. Your goal is always ours.
- Speed. Because clearance, insurance, and legal are prepared in advance, we target roughly two months from match to transfer, against an industry norm of six or more.
- One concierge team, end to end — including the journey home. Birth certificate, travel, and departure support for families coming from abroad.
Our team
Bon leads the agency and its clinical translation — reviewing lab results, flagging concerns, and explaining what each step means in plain language. Our surrogate coordination is led by Rabecca, who recruits and supports our U.S.-based surrogates. Clinical findings are reviewed with our physician partners before they inform any decision. We are deliberately small and high-touch: one dedicated team for one of the most important chapters of your life.
New Age provides agency and coordination services. We are not a medical provider and do not give legal advice; we work alongside qualified physicians and attorneys, and we are clear about where their expertise begins.
How we work with you
The journey is deliberately structured so that the difficult parts are handled before they can become problems:
- A free first conversation — we listen to where you are, your embryos, your timeline, and your home country, and tell you honestly how we can help.
- A real match — you meet surrogates who have already passed medical clearance, so the introduction is genuine, not provisional.
- Parallel preparation — legal contracts, escrow, and insurance verification run alongside final clinic clearance, compressing the timeline.
- Transfer and pregnancy — coordinated medication and monitoring, with updates explained at every meaningful milestone.
- Birth and home — documents, travel, and departure handled with you, so the end of the journey is a homecoming, not a paperwork ordeal.
